KBRN tehdı̇tlerı̇nı̇n bı̇lı̇nç ve korunma tedbı̇rlerı̇ üzerı̇ne 9-12 yaş grubu çocuklara yönelı̇k örnek anı̇masyon senaryolarının hazırlanması

Abstract

Geçmişten günümüze dünyada meydana gelen KBRN olayları incelendiğinde toplum üzerinde sosyal, fiziksel, psikolojik yıkımlara neden olduğunu görürüz. Bu yıkımlardan en çok etkilenen kitle, şüphesiz çocuklardır. Bu noktada yapılan literatür taramaları sonucu genel olarak afetlerin çocuklar üzerindeki etkileri ele alınmış olsa da KBRN tehditleri özelinde bir çalışma bulunamamıştır. Sadece endüstri ve teknolojinin günümüzdeki ivmeli gelişimiyle bile hayatımızın her alanında her an maruz kalabileceğimiz KBRN tehditleri de aynı oranda artmıştır. Bunların yanı sıra kötü amaçlı tehditlerin (terör vb.) varlığı da devam etmekte olup teknolojik gelişimle birlikte KBRN sınıfı tehditler de evirilerek yarattıkları riskler artmıştır. Çalışmamızda yapılan araştırmalar sonucu 9-12 yaş arası çocuklar, okullarda sadece kimyasal temizlik malzemeleriyle ilgili bilinçlendirilmeye çalışılmaktadır ve bu durumun KBRN tehditleri bilinci geliştirmek için yetersiz olduğu görülmektedir. Kaza sonucu ya da kasti olarak; her an maruz kalabileceğimiz KBRN tehditleriyle ilgili savunmasız konumda bulunan çocuklarımıza KBRN terimini öğretmek ve hem kendilerini hem de ailelerini böyle bir tehlikenin varlığı konusunda bilinçlendirmek amacı ile bu çalışma yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucu toplumumuzun KBRN tehditleriyle ilgili yeterli bilinçlenmeye sahip olmadığı, bu bilincin oluşabilmesinin en etkili yolunun çocukluk döneminde verilen eğitimlerle, KBRN tehditlerinin küçük yaşta aşılanmasıyla mümkün olacağı değerlendirilmiştir. Çocukların ebeveynleri üzerindeki ikna kabiliyetleri göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, çocuklar üzerinde yoğunlaşan bu çalışma ile KBRN tehditleri konusundaki bilinçlendirmenin sadece çocuklarla sınırlı kalmayarak ailelerinin de bilinçlendirilmiş olacağı öngörülmektedir. Bu noktada, bilinçlendirmenin sağlanabilmesi için sözel anlatımın yanı sıra görsel hafızaları kuvvetli olan çocuklara yönelik KBRN tehditleriyle ilgili durum senaryoları oluşturularak, sanal oyun veya animasyon videosu hazırlanmasının öğrenme açısından daha verimli ve daha kalıcı olacağı düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca z kuşağının teknolojik cihazlara olan ilgisinden faydalanarak, görsel kanallara yönelik olarak hazırlanan bu senaryoların daha geniş gruplara ulaşacağı değerlendirilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda durum senaryoları oluşturulurken çocuklarda travma yaratmadan, kavrayabilecekleri şekilde kaleme alınmıştır. Sonrasında senaryo metnine paralel şekilde illüstrasyon tekniğiyle çizimler oluşturularak çocukların eğlenceli bir şekilde öğrenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Z kuşağının teknolojiye olan merakı göz önüne alınarak hazırlanan bu animasyonların, teknolojik kanalların yanı sıra eğitim kurumlarında da hedef kitleye ulaştırılmasıyla gelecek nesiller, hem KBRN tehditleriyle ilgili kapsamlı bilgi ve birikim sahibi olacak hem de bu bilgileri aileleriyle paylaşan z kuşağı, daha bilinçli bir toplumun oluşmasını sağlayacaktır.

When the CBRN events that have occurred in the World from the past to the present are examined, it's easily seen that it causes social, physical and psychological destruction on society. Undoubtedly, children are the group most affected by these destructions. Although the effects of disasters on children were discussed in general as a result of the literature review made from this point of view, no study was found on CBRN threats. Even with the accelerated development of industry and technology today, the CBRN threats that we can be exposed to in every aspect of our lives have also increased. In addition to these, the existence of malicious threats (terrorism, etc.) continues and even with the technological development, CBRN class threats evolve and the risks they create are increasing day by day. As a result of the researches carried out in our study, it is tried to raise the awareness of children aged 9-12 only about chemical cleaning materials in schools, and it seems that this is insufficient to raise awareness of CBRN threats. As a result of accident or on purpose; this study was conducted in order to teach the term CBRN to our children, who are in a vulnerable position regarding the CBRN threats that we may be exposed to at any time, and to raise awareness of both themselves and their families about the existence of such a danger. It has been evaluated that the most effective way to raise awareness and consciousness of our society about CBRN threats is through the education given in childhood. Considering the persuasion abilities of children on their parents, it is anticipated that this study, which focuses on children, will raise awareness of CBRN threats not only on children, but also on their families. For this; it is suggested that the preparation of situation scenarios for children about CBRN threats, in the form of virtual games or animation videos, will be more efficient and more permanent in terms of learning, since they will use their visual memory as well as verbal memory. In addition, it has been evaluated that these scenarios prepared for visual channels will reach wider groups by making use of the interest of the z generation in technological devices. In this direction, the situation scenarios were written in such a way that children could comprehend them without causing trauma. After that; drawings were created with the illustration technique in parallel with the script text. By delivering these animations, which are prepared by considering the curiosity of the Z generation to technology, to the target audience in educational institutions as well as technological channels, future generations will both have comprehensive knowledge and experience about CBRN threats, and the generation z, who share this information with their families, will create a more conscious society.
