Türkiye inşaat sektöründe inovasyonu yönlendiren faktörler

Abstract

İnovasyon; yenilikçi fikir, anlayış ve stillerin çözüm odaklı bir çerçevede meydana getirilmesi ve pratik edilmesi olarak tanımlanabilir. İnşaat sektörü her sektörün olması gerektiği gibi teknolojik gelişmelere ayak uydurmalı ve yeniliğe açık olmalıdır. İnşaat sektörüne inovasyon açısından bakıldığında; tasarım, üretim, imalat, kullanım ve yıkım süreçlerinin tamamında her anlamda verimlilik, kalite ve finansal açıdan kazanımlar elde edilecektir. Türkiye inşaat sektörü; üretim ve imalat alanında dünya çapında oldukça iyi bir konuma sahip olmasına karşın, uluslararası arenada inşaat sektörünü yönlendiren kilit ülke konumuna sahip olması için inovasyon kültürünü benimsemelidir. İnşaat sektörünü inovasyon alanında tetikleyen, yönlendiren ve negatif etkide bulunan unsurların analiz edilmesi, inovasyon alanında gelişme kaydedilmesi için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, Türkiye inşaat sektörünün inovasyon alanındaki mevcut durumunun genel portresini çizmek ve ileriye dönük atılacak adımlara bir fikir oluşturmak amacıyla; sektörü inovasyon alanında olumlu veya olumsuz anlamda etkileyen unsurları analiz etmek için hazırlanmış olan anket çalışmasının sonuçları paylaşılmış ve mevcut problemlere yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

Innovation can be defined as bringing about and practising the innoative ideas, approaches and styles in a solution-oriented frame. The construction sector should be as it should be in every industry must keep pace with technological developments and open to innovation. In terms of innovation in the construction sector; design, production, manufacture, use and destruction in every sense of the whole process; efficiency, quality and financial aspects of the gains will be achieved. Construction industry in Turkey; despite having quite a good position in the worldwide production and manufacturing, it should adopt the culture of innovation has to be the key country in the international arena directing the construction industry. That triggered the innovation in the construction sector, directing and analyzing the elements that have a negative impact, it is of utmost importance for achieving progress in the field of innovation. In this study, to draw the overall picture of the current situation of Turkish construction sector in the field of innovation and the steps to be taken forward in order to form an opinion; the results of the survey which prepared to analyze the factors affecting positively or negatively in the sense of working in the field of innovation shared and presented solutions to existing problems.
